my guess is they might not have had something clear cut in the contract that said it would be voided for what he was doing.

it's also not a good look for them if their employees were reading peoples DMs without their permission/if one of their most promoted creators is out here talking dirty to minors on their platform which is mostly filled with minor viewers. so they may have just settled for the PR sake. who knows.

Their product service team would have seen all of this which means if it's true a lot of people know. My theory is Twitch quietly killed it because no crime had been committed and they didn't want the headline. Their staff is already under NDAs, perhaps they didn't expect a former employee to talk.

Now that it's out someone else is gonna talk to a journalist and really blow this shyt up. There's an incentive now for a NYT/WaPo/etc journalist to snoop around because this story is going to get a lot of people fired. I was playing pubg literally the most famous battle royale at the time and H1z1 when they pivoted to battle royale that's how I heard of him. He was a top player in both games. You couldn't run from this guy or shroud and ninja if you played those games or fortnite back then.
