Yeah, y'all clearly don't know how honorary degrees work. Honorary Degrees = MONEY at EVERY school. Y'all thirst to shyt on black people and black institutions but don't even know how the white institutions you're propping up even run.

When you receive and honorary degree from any school, you're expected to give a very charitable donation to the institution.

Keep thinking the white man's ice is colder and spreading that idea though.

How is Howard broke? THey have the biggest endowment of any HBCU and if you've been near the campus recently, you'd see they are building more new architecture than ever/than most schools would at one time.

Lemme guess, you read an angry letter from an anonymous person in a newspaper and you thought it to be true? Bad money management at worst, they still aren't broke though.

And compromise their values? Diddy hasn't been convicted of any crime. Everythign else is just rumors from +10 years ago. People get better and change. That doesn't mean we should spend present time judging them on past rumors.

Diddy is an ALUM/former student of Howard. Are you asking why a school would choose a former student who could relate more to current students to be a commencement over people who didn't go to the school? Why does Howard have to pick speakers that only meet your and a few others criteria? Everyone graduated happily, so they were obviously not too concerned. Neither should you be.

Howard Homecoming will always be hot. I'm sure most people didn't even know Diddy went to Howard, and I don't think he's some kind of glaring figure in their homecoming festivities. I've been befoe and I hung out with some pretty poppin'/known people on campus and you'd never guess he's there. Lance Gross has more of a presene than anyone, I think

If you actually read what i said, i didn't have an issue with Diddy speaking... i took issue with them giving him an honorary degree for having a lot of money,continually selling a toxic lifestyle to blacks and doing all types of fukk shyt at the expense of others.


I never caped for Bill Gates or Steve Jobs, but to sit here and overlook the fact that Diddy is one of the longest running nikkas who've made it their calling to profit from and promote all the shyt that have kept blacks in the state they are.... is just rich.
