I’ve lived in my brownstone all my 40 years. Before it was a quiet little known sublet of fort Greene. Was neighbors to many stars including Chris rock, Michael from good times and Jason su.. su… the dude from SNL and horrible bosses. It was more friendly and neighborly, when my mom passed the whole block came to give their respects and help me and my dad. Now most of moved out or died off (even my dad is sick in the hospital) and these new folks took over and just stare at you in disbelief I live with them. They all not bad but there isn’t a sense of community like it was when I was kid. Parking is an adventure sometimes. But all in all, I love my brownstone. I love my little part of Brooklyn. The food options are great. Very quiet still despite high rises and more people around. Clinton Hill son
