Real talk. I don't know what it is about women and this generation and not wanting to learn how to cook....but they need to throw that concept in the bushes. I've been the main cook and had the better job in all my relationship:beli:

:childplease: I've lived in the South, Midwest, and the West Coast (where I am now), and people always ask us Southern women to cook. I won't lie though, I just learned how to bbq over the last year (I hadn't lived at home for 10 years until this past summer so I wasn't around to practice).

haha..... I feel bad for you.... can't relate....... from the women in my family to the females I know.... All of them can cook... Homemade too..... You're right though. It's a generational thing and these new chicks will burn water....
I think its half generational and half regional.
I just feel like women out west cook better than females down south.

That's the thing. They ask you, because they assume that down south women cook, but in reality, most cant.

Its just a positive stereotype, similiar to people asking me to play center in a pick up game cuz im tall, not realizing ima guard
