I bought that CRMD that was posted here and it’s up big. Was up 24% today.
Black Rock and other Institutions increased their holdings recently. investors sense FDA news or partnership/buyout news is coming very soon. I've been in since 60 cents this is the best and most promising stock I have. I'll probably quit my job at a $25-$40 buyout :whew:

I have almost 1k shares my goal is 2 k. I had a few hundred then I saw how well it was performing and did more research and sold half my portfolio and put it into CRMD too many positives.

Trails stopped for efficiency

Product already out in Europe

Decreases catheter related infections by 97%

No competition in the U.S.

New drugs get 10 years exclusivity

Pfizer has a less effective drug. So I dont expect them to let the little guy take that much market share in the catheter space. If they get news from the FDA to go ahead and file for a New Drug Application, and they get approved, a buyout will be imminent.

Cormedix sells off on good news today :wtf:
Yahoo is now part of Oath

At the meeting, the FDA agreed that the Company could request consideration of Neutrolin for approval under the LPAD (Limited Population Pathway for Antibacterial and Antifungal Drugs) pathway.
My guess is short term traders sold because it'll take a couple more months for the FDA to review the rest of the study, but they didn't mention another phase so this is the path to approval we expected just gonna take a lil bit longer but that gives me the chance to load all the way up

Thats what im doing. The FDA said they want full report not just interim analysis for LPAD it will take some time but this puts us closer to a New Drug Application. A couple weeks ago FDA suggested another company AVEO not to move forward for a NDA. With them asking us for more info is definitely a green light. With the market in the red and people misunderstanding the news, I think we hit some sell limits to further drop the price. Im literally gonna throw everything I have at this stock but also staying knee deep in research. This is a very rare stock that doesn't come around to often. Their drug Nuetrolin decreases the risk of infections or death that's HUGE, This will save hospitals millions if not billions from lawsuits.

So if the FDA looks at the full set of data and we are suggested to apply for a NDA and later get approved a buyout is the only thing happening after that. We may very likely see a partnership before that though

This shyt is a game changing drug!!!! :wtf:
Have you ever heard of catheter related illnesses? I used to hear law firms advertising this on t.v. ALL the time. So when people get catheter insertedin them for whatever reason, after a while bacteria grows inside the catheter causing infections and in severe cases even death. When a person gets sick using a catheter the hospital is 100% liable and are subject to massive lawsuits. Nuetrolin stops bacteria from growing and keeps the catheter safe for 6- 8 months I believe. Nuetrolin decreases the risk of infections by 97% if this drug is approved in will be the standard in hospitals across the United States there in no drug that can compete with it on the market now, and if approved for a NDA they get 10 years exclusivity. If everything goes as planned this is like an opportunity of a lifetime

NDA filing could take it to $6- $8

FDA approval could make it $10- $15

And a buyout will be from $25- $40 a share.

Im trying to buy enough to catch a spike to $20 like most biotech stock do on big news. It'll spike really high for a couple minutes and come backbdown to earth. I plan on selling a little bit at a $17- $20 spike and cashing out during the buyout. I seen how Mbot and Amarin spiked and wished I had seen it sooner, CRMD is that X 2

I've personally never owned stocks during a buyout but I think it happens before the market opens or after it closes and your brokerage will notify you of the buyout and the price per share, the money will go straight to your account. I cant wait for the day that any one stock that I invest heavily in gets bought out and I wake up rich :ahh:

But with Cormedix, just like any company we invest in, we just gotta stay on top of our research the good bad and the ugly. I told you what I believe are positive indications of a successful path the FDA approval and to market, but some things that may worry me is although it doesn't seem likely the FDA can ask for another phase 3 before they consider approving and that would take about another year. Second is that they need a partnership sooner than later because they are short cash and could not do that much more studies unless they find a partner or dilute shares :whoa:and you know we all hate share dilution. I set up a whole other brokerage account primarily for Cormedix because that brokerage has all market hours from 4 a.m. to 8 p.m. I would hate for bad news to hit and I cant sell until 9 a.m. when the shares have lost half its value.

I believe Cormedix will eventually get approved in the United States the question is how long and what path would they have to take. With any stock there is huge risk but when the rewards look as good as this its very much worth it. I literally look up info on this stock everyday got Google alerts and everything :pachaha:

I had 9 shares of DirecTV (I think it was 9 or so my mom said) they got bought out by AT&T and I have 17 shares of AT&T now. All of this happened unknowingly to me. I still have the stock today. When I started getting dividend checks I had it moved to Fidelity.

If they get bought out you’ll probably get more shares in a better company like I did.

What do you mean dividend checks? You get paid just for having the stock? You don't have to cash out?

And can someone explain LIMIT to me?
