The original $480m contract added $24 per quarter for the next 5 years $24m is 3.78% of Q1’s $634m of revenue Palantir reported.

With this new press release we found out that they are getting $153m of the $480m up front $153m is 24% of Q1’s $634m of revenue With this $33m contract they also got, added to the $153m up front.

These together make up $186m—29.3% of Q1’s revenue.***

***from twitter***

The beat for next quarters revenue should be HUGE. That should also come with a raise is guidance as well.

Next ER might go crazy.

Over a Billion in Govt deals over the last 2-3 month.

********edit********

The $153M payment comes on 6/1

WASHINGTON — Instead of a single megaprogram run by a single contractor, the Pentagon wants its nascent global battle network, called CJADC2, to evolve into a rapidly adaptive ecosystem, where dozens of different applications bloom and die as military needs arise and change.
So, just after awarding almost a half-billion dollars to Palantir Technologies to expand its Maven Smart System tenfold, the Chief Digital & AI Office (CDAO) announced a new initiative, Open DAGIR, to open the doors to other software developers.
While Palantir’s Maven will act as the de facto backbone for the global system, its “open architecture” design is meant to allow other companies’ code to plug in, quickly, with a minimum of integration work. That plug-and-play approach, in turn, should allow the operational Combatant Commands (COCOMs) around the globe to commission custom apps as needed from any vendor.

ITSSS-2 will provide the FBI with streamlined acquisition procedures and a vetted Vendor Pool to establish call orders more efficiently. There are a total of 95 awardees that bring their robust expertise to partner with the FBI in making advancements of technology services. The 95 awardees are made up of 31 Large Business and 64 Small Businesses. The estimated spend for ITSSS-2 is $8b. This is the largest IT contract vehicle ever established by the FBI.

*I can only assume Palantir will be in on this.*

Anyone know much about AVAV (AeroVironment) and ARM (Arm Holdings)? Would they be considered good buys?

Speaking on Palantir opportunity in healthcare.

Last week Tampa General Hospital disclosed the value of their contract with Palantir. $50M over 7 yrs. Or $7.1M per year.

Over the next 2-4 yrs, if Palantir can capture 5000 of the roughly 7000+ Hospitals in the US for an average value of $4M per yr, that's $20B in yearly revenue.

That's just Hospitals, not the entire Healthcare industry.

That's more than what Apple makes on their Airpods. I say that to say. I seen a stat a few years back, that stated Apple makes more revenue from Airpods alone, than what a lot of tech companies make across their entire enterprise.

And that's just Hospitals in the US.

To continue*

Palantir won a $400M contract from the UK to update their NHS software.

Healthcare as a whole will be a massive vertical for Palantir.

My dive into ARM didn't last that long. But from what I remember their chips go into everything.

I didn't buy at IPO, it dropped and started to flirt under $60. I was getting ready to buy in, but it shot back up.

Long term, I think it's a solid buy. Not sure about its current valuation.

But Nvidia wanted to buy them b4 they went public for $40B if my memory serves me right.
