I’ve never used any of these delivery apps. . If I’m in the mood for fast food I’ll get it myself.
Only person I tip is the barber.

Remember when a regular pie was around $12? Now it’s double thatso you never tipped a pizza delivery man?
what does that have to do with the delivery person?Remember when a regular pie was around $12? Now it’s double that
Because they are greedy and pass the cost onto us due to tipping culture. Honestly restaurants should raise their cost across the board and just pay their workers a fair wage. But that would require math to find a solution where both parties are happy and that’s too hard for these owners.I googled this so this can be a discussion with a foundation.
"The expense of creating a food delivery app like DoorDash can range from $10,000 and $70,000. The costs and the final cost are based on several factors, such as the number of features available, the quality of the app, as well as demands of the marketplace, and even the business needs".
If this is indeed true, and the delivery app creator owns 0 cars and have 0 need to pay rent for their business. Why won't they pay the drivers more since their overhead is so low? They actually can make money while working another job.
then they can stop and pick up their food on the way home.
If I'm seeing him act like that, I'm definitely tipping. Dude might be on edge and try to harm you for $2

They didn’t charge a delivery a tip was a “tip” now you’re double tipping on top of inflated costswhat does that have to do with the delivery person?
if the rising cost of the pizza is prohibiting you from tipping your delivery driver, go pick it up or eat something else.
