In any case, the study doesn't actually show HOW much more likely any of these events are to happen.
And even so, to suggest people avoid a wide swath of the female workforce is irresponsible and sensationalist.

But not all Eastern Europeans value marriage the same. Bulgarians are sometimes known to step out on their marriages...my dad has a few friends who have mistresses...their wives have a side man...but they never divorce...they have their flings then get back together. In Macedonia (where my mom is from) that is completely unacceptable and shameful. Not sure how it is in Poland, Russia etc...but I know we can't all be grouped together because I see the differences between Macedonian and Bulgarian women and men all the time since I'm mixed...Macedonian men are more controlling and like to exercise their masculinity whereas Bulgarian men are more laid-back and give their women a bit more freedom and independence.
