I honestly hate the reasoning that because we've had hired horrible HCs, we will do it again for sure if Kyle gets the boot.

The odds of getting another elite HC like Shanny are incredibly low. It's like if Ravens fans were saying to trade Lamar because he hasn't won a SB yet and they'll just draft a new QB. If you have an elite coach, you keep them.
