Yankees could've had DeGrom from us but didn't want to pay the fee

I'm sure they're wishing they gave up the house for him now.

I'm sure this offseason Cashman is about to dig deep into his farm and get a starter or two. I remember hearing they were in deep talks for Giles. Frazier should pack his bags because he's going to be the first guy shipped out.

I don't want to look forward.. But, fuk man. These world series ticket prices are insane.
i've been to the ALDS and ALCS before. i elected to skip the ALCS this year to save for the WS. there won't be any more ALCS games in houston anyway. :banderas:

This love affair with Romine has to end.

Mad I gotta be at a preseason basketball game over this. Hopefully the Yankees are still alive when this Nets game ends
It’s not that any of us expect him to turn into Jorge or Yogi. It’s that nobody can be worse than Gary has. Romine also legit had a good year. Over a full season his numbers project to 18 homers, about 27 doubles, and 75 RBI’s while he hit .281 for the year. Over the last 37 games he played. He hit .325 and slugged .550 with 19 RBI’s. That’s good production. It certainly beats what we’ve been getting from Gary for most of the last 3-4 months. Home run or bust is not the business.
