I don't even hear dems talking about the dangers of processed food

TRT.

But you're basically introducing influencer logic into the conversation lol.

Dep of Ed was essentially to ensure integration, which that in itself comes with level of complexity
EPA handles drinking water standards- it is so much that goes into it, not just prevention of lead poisoning. HAA, THM are known carcinogens for example.
FDA obviously deals with cleanliness of food, drug standards etc
FHWA keeping roads and bridges safe (when they have adequate funding)

workplace standards probably here to stay esp after what we saw with covid, basically like a small labor movement. This administration is one to get rid of things without understanding why the shyt is there in the first place.

Grow your own food.
Live in a place where the soil is good (outside of cities).
Depend on yourself and the people around you.

These are things in your control, if you are worried.
The advice to "just grow your own food" and "depend on yourself" might sound empowering, but it ignores reality. That simple thinking ignores the real dangers of harmful policies that affect everyone. No matter how self-sufficient you think you are, you're still going to be impacted by polluted air, unsafe drinking water, rising healthcare costs, and other big issues that individual actions alone can't fix. Not everyone has the option to move to rural areas or live off the grid, either.
