You didn't answer the question. Like I said, I grew up in the 90's, lived in the projects, I've seen many dead bodies and heard hrs of gunfire over the years and never have I been scared to live in and walk around in Chicago, like I am now. Its different, very different and there is a reason for that. That is my point. The number of killings my have went down but the city is not as safe. Thats all I'm saying.
