She should have know better, the military’s full of self righteous bible thumpers, plus it’s just practical for security reasons to not have someone that’ll be exploitable if they are an adulterer.

Military rank, E7 in army is Sergeant First Class. It’s rare for someone to do 20 years and not get that rank, especially if they were deployed during the GWOT. I had a few friends that made that rank in 8 years during the busiest years of the war, but they were combat arms which has a high rate of turnover and people leaving after their first enlistment is up. Your retirement pay for your pension is determined by your last held rank, so breh is losing money because they didn’t give him a rank that’s almost standard to achieve after that time.
Maybe it was one of those things where he didn’t want to have to hoe himself in a high turnover position where they have no choice but to promote but in spots where it’s no high turnover you gotta kiss a lot of ass to get a rank and he prob didn’t have the complexion for the protection :francis:

Tax cuts for the rich and blaming others for why average whites aren't advancing and past people that are outworking them is the R's standard for the last couple of decades

Once you've dumbed down the population by making it hard to get proper education and by controlling the media, it's the easiest hustle ever.

It's funny, for Republicans being "Pro Military" they sure do vote for shyt that takes away military rights.

I remember that bill that would've given them more downtime between deployments and support after service. Democrats voted yes, Republicans voted no. Not to mention health benefits and the like the latter are trying to take away.

Genuinely caring about soldiers and using the military for an agenda are two very different things.

This won't effect his support.

- these things were said in public and the media ran with it at the time
- we got prudish, hyper small town conservatives are crashing out supporting Trump....a NY rich elite, criminal, who cheats on his wives and indulges in prostitution and abortion
- too many rich nazis are keeping Trump afloat

Magats are in too deep.

I'm still going to call out his bullshyt, lies and scumbaggery.

Not gonna stop out of some pessimistic view that it won't have any impact.
If it's raining, I'm still going to say that it's raining. Even if a dumb bytch thinks it's sunny.

What the fukk are you blathering about?
I'm almost certain you're making shyt up and taking things out of context.

But more importantly -- it doesn't fukkin matter.
Because the point here isn't that we all agree or support McCain politically. It's that we respect his military career and service.

Can you understand that at all?

40 of Trumps 44 cabinet members do not support him lol.

:laff:

Ex-Trump administration officials all seem to agree on one thing: Their former boss is a walking disaster.

Opinion by Anthony L. Fisher

A brief list of ex-Trump administration officials' testimonials for the president

There's far too many to recount, so let's recall just a few of the more high-profile veterans of the Trump White House:

  • Trump's former National Economic Council Director Gary Cohn, a former president and chief operating officer for Goldman Sachs, reportedly called Trump a "professional liar."
  • Former Secretary of State Rex Tillerson, who prior to joining the Trump administration was the CEO of ExxonMobil, in a meeting at the Pentagon reportedly called Trump a "f**king moron."
  • Former National Security Adviser John Bolton, who previously served as an ambassador to the UN and has worked in three Republican presidential administrations, in his memoir called Trump "erratic" and "stunningly uninformed."
  • Former Secretary of Defense James Mattis, a four star US Marine Corps general who commanded troops in three wars, in a statement in June said Trump "tries to divide us," that he makes "a mockery of the Constitution" and that "we are witnessing the consequences of three years without mature leadership." He also told veteran journalist Bob Woodward: "The president has no moral compass."
  • Former White House Chief of Staff and Homeland Security Secretary John Kelly, also a four star US Marine Corps general, has been the tightest-lipped about his time working for Trump. But he did say he agrees with Mattis' assessment of Trump, and he publicly disputed Trump's claim that he fired Mattis. That means Kelly effectively called Trump a liar.

Do people realize how fukking stupid you have to be for JOHN BOLTON to turn his nose up at you? A psychotic war monger who would love nothing more than to have a useful idiot to manipulate in the White House....thought Donald Trump was too fukking dangerous to have the job.

That's stunning on a level I don't think people can comprehend.

It won't affect the cult support, but independents and vets (non-cult vets) will think about what's at stake

As in …. Not complicit or complacent in regard to starting new wars to benefit the military industrial complex

rewatch the debates mentioned - listen closely and wait for the point where he is
discussing the height of the Vietnamese. it’s all there and it’s not subject to interpretation

the man advocated for “boots on the ground” at every juncture

you further go on to champion another war monger so it is obvious that as long as it serves your agenda you have no moral compass and you’re unprincipled at your core

you support war mongers and identify as a leftist, add yourself to the neolib clan

we got another one here - no consistency, no principle, you the type that will literally lay in bed with Stalin so long as it means a denouncement of Hitler

in this case your emotional connection to orange man has clouded your morality

I’m not a Trump supporter so responding to me like one will only highlight your need to engage with a strawman
