I'll say it takes more than just swag. Billy Dee had a sauve, sophisticated aura about him like Idris Elba and he brought that to Lando. I don't want to see Lando being played as just a ladies man because he was more than that in Empire Strikes Back where he flirted with Leia like once or twice iirc

They would've but Gambino has them both beat in the comedy department, and if you look at who is directing the han solo film Gambino is the logical choice, someone as versatile and talented as Glover will have no problem acting with "swag" which is probably not very challenging for most actors
