The Bronx already blew. Cardi, A boogie, French, Lil Tjay are major in the mainstream. Not everyone is gonna be transcendent there’s only a handful of those maybe less nowadays (Baby and Durk the biggest rn can argue they’re not “transcendent”). Plus the Bronx has one of the major underground scenes right now. There’s never been this many rappers in the X doing numbers. I feel like on here y’all struggle to put the gen into perspective and the history that’s being made today.
A boogie already got two mansions in Jersey. He has all Plat albums, many RIAA certified songs probably can’t name 10 rappers from his era with more. At one point was featured on almost everyone in the industry album. Had a major influence fashion wise and sonically.
hmmm....I stand corrected. Maybe it just feels different cause of the landscape. Or I'm just misinformed.
Anybody in this thread not from the tri-state?
can y'all name lil tjay and boogie tracks?
you know what they look like?
