"LeBron saved Jeanie from herself" hey you fukking fakkit @VegasCAC the last time I checked Jeanie was the one who said KOBE told her to fire Jim which allowed Bron to come. So how did Bron save anybody? really you typed up that bullshyt absolving Bron of any responsibility of blowing up a title team and went the extra step to give him credit for the internal family business that KOBE took care of
dikksucking ass fanbase Pretend the Lakers are trading for Russ and spent years signing hella Klutch clients behind Bron's back brehs
All of that wouldn't have meant shyt if Bron didn't go to the Lakers. You can't blame him for the Westbrook trade and not acknowledge that he brought this team back to glory. Without him, no AD and no 2020 championship. Ya'll work overtime to discredit that championship but a banner is a banner.
The Jim Buss + Mitch Kupchak operation isn't any more incompetent than the Magic, Pelinka, Jeanie, Rambis braintrust. They're all trash at their jobs.
Goddam this nikka is giving credit to Kobe who retired in 2016 for a 2020 titleI acknowledge bron helped us win in 2020 but that doesnt man Bron "saved Jeanie from herself" when its confirmed the only reason she finally fired her brother was cuz of moves Kobe made behind the scenes. fukk outta here

If Klutch/LA knew Davis wanted to sign with the Lakers, they never should've made the trade for AD. The Lakers would've been better off holding on to their assets and signing AD through free agency......This was my original thought before they traded for AD.
LA would be in position to win 3 or 4 championships...They would've had a 3rd star (Ingram), a young pg (Ball), all of their draft picks, plus the option to keep or trade Kuzma/Hart for 1 or 2 rotation players.
DeRozan would be a great fit IMO.
* 17 -21 pt 3rd option
* A player who can create his own offense (Doesn't have to rely on LeBron to get him shots)
* Since DeRozen wouldn't be the 1st/2nd option he could focus more of his energy on the defensive side of the ball.
* DeRozen's confidence would go through the roof playing with LeBron instead of playing against him.
Damn, some of you are harsh...Just 2 seasons ago DeRozan avg 23p/5a/4r on a Raptors team that won 59 games.........Is DeRozan going to win a ring as the 1/2 option?, No......but he would be a great 3rd option on any title contender, especially playing alongside 2 MVP caliber players.
The last time we saw DeRozan in the playoffs was 2019 vs the Nuggets. In 7 games Demar avg 22.0p/6.7r/4.6a on 49%/86% shooting.
Kobe was tellin her shyt for years probably though…Facts, Bron doesn’t sign with the Lakers if Kobe doesn’t does tell Jeanie what she needed to hear.
Your pathological need to hate Lebron online is noted
Yes, star players have input into FO decisions. But ownership and the FO are ultimately responsible for moves they make. Bron isn't signing them checks
You have a childish cartoon villain perspective of how this shyt works.
Being a Kobe stan you should agree on how poorly the franchise is run. They wasted Kobe's twilight years with extremely poor decisionmaking. Then after Jim Buss was removed and Kobe retired they were a lottery team who didn't draft a single superstar.
I'll say it again. Bron saved them from themselves by coming. Nothing the Lakers had done as an organization since the death of Jerry Buss deserved a free agent superstar
