I still think they need LeBron to sign an extension this summer. If he does, they should try to get in the mix with the Blazers and Knicks. AD and Westbrook going out; Lillard, Hart and a bunch of trash from the Knicks coming back (Randle, Fournier and Noel).

If the lineup is something like LeBron, Lillard, Fournier, Noel and Hart with Randle and whatever else off the bench, they'd have a chance to make a run.
