I'm brown skinned, my brother is super light (but obvs black). We could both pass as Dominican in Spanish Harlem. Me and my man went to a Cuban restaurant on the east side and they talked to me in Spanglish and kicked it. There was an African couple in there and they treated them like foreigners. I don't know what that means, just sharing.

Sorry, got distracted by the bullshyt (see next post). So, Dominicans can look like any kinda ADOS. There are differences, the same ones you notice btwn any other group of New World Africans, 'founders effect' and all that shyt, but loosely similar complexions to the ADOS median. If they're raised in the same place, the difference gets blurry due to accents, block culture, etc. As an ADOS, they remind me of Creoles. Some light, some brown.
