Listen man...Revis is the main reason why I bought Jets tickets. I've never had the pleasure of watching an all pro at the corner position play consistently at that level every year. Not saying Davis is as good, but considering how rare it is to get a consistent player at the corner position, it's beyond my realm of thinking to understand what the Dolphins are thinking.

I trust Parcells decision making on picks, which Davis was, over the current Fish regime.

I heard Parcells comments on his time with the Fish. He said he didn't realize how much of an impact there was to picking players and then not having the ability to coach them himself.

C/S. This definitely has the feel of a "get him out of here" trade where the gm is willing to take anything and lucked into a 2nd round pick from the Colts.

I like the stockpiling picks idea if you have a gm that knows what he is doing but to deplete your team of ALL it's talent is ridiculous, you have nothing to build on.
