It’ll never make sense to me that if they were gonna leave Oakland and the chargers were gonna leave San Diego then the raiders should’ve been headed back to LA and the chargers move to an entirely new market instead of going just a couple hours away but where they have no following for the most part.Rigby.

Definitely...I feel like the Packers, Steelers, 9ers and Cowboys all exist in this weird grey area where they've been plenty relevant in the last 20 years but none of them have operated with the consistency they had in most coli poster's childhoods (before my time, personally).
edit: this can probably speak to the idea of parity that some have about the NFL, vs the NBA. I feel like the giant franchises in the NBA, outside of the Knicks and Pistons, have been just as successful this millennium as they were in previous ones.
