That's cool and all but that has nothing to do with the point being raised. Doja didn't have a say in him being around for her as a child but she has had a say in not having a relationship with him as an adult. She's made the conscious decision to not want to have anything to do with him, his family and South Africa, to any discernable degree, as an adult and she has every right to but you can't then turn around and claim pride in things you've shunned because its expedient for you to do so. Maybe he's full of shyt for trying to rock up after the heavy lifting has been done (assuming that's the case) but that apology of hers is definitely full of shyt.

I would never a child who didn’t grow up with a father choosing not to have a relationship with a parent who had no hand in raising her.
I don’t follow the train of thought that regardless of what your parents do you should forgive and have to have a relationship.
Plenty of parents who show up only to use their kids.
As for her, don’t care about her, black Americans are way too invested in biracial people.
