No. He scooped up a little under 4 million coins @ 0.045 back in Feb.So he made $49,000,0000 since he made that 1st million on April 22.
As of May 4 those 4 million coins are now worth around $2.5 Million.
When I used the Doge calculator using the amount he invested and the date that's what it gave me.

Downoad this app called crypto.com
You can buy dogecoin with your debit or credit card. The setup is simple.
Copped my first 200 made up coins earlier today and already made a profit.
