Life goes by quick, savor every moment and seize the opportunity. I'm 33, I still remember what i wore the first day of school AND my haircut game was off lol. I got homies and family who died young, and when I look at a nicca who died at 17, and now we 33-34, this nicca been dead near 20 years. I got a homie named Munchie been knowin since 12, he didnt know he was gonna be dead by 17 smh. I remember when WU debut came out, 93 til infinity that was TWENTY years ago. Albums are older than some kids that post on here.

Ah man...i remember the exact moment I got my hands on the bootleg cassette for this album. I was on the school bus, and this dude Rodney who was a year younger than me, kinda bummy looking cat. Dude asked me to hold $2 and I was being stingy...so he let me hold the tape in exchange to hold $2 ...i was just intrigued by the album cover.

..That shyt was my first step into the 36 chambers. I was addicted to that tape, i didn't even bother asking for the money back...i kept his shyt too

I have a shytty memory now. It wasn't always like that but by the time I started college I had to write so much shyt down in the hopes I wouldn't forget.

My life five years ago seems so distant and I feel so disconnected from it sometimes that whenever memories pop up I'm surprised they do. Even today I randomly remembered the name my little cousin used to call me when she couldn't pronounce L and I smiled all day.

We are a society that "Keeps It Moving" so we really dont have time to sit down and reflect and remember things.This is why its important to capture moments...take pictures etc. When time goes by its gone

Kind of, as I feel SO disconnected from it. I've had several "breaks" in my life, drastic changes so there is no continuity in my life, I've had to start over like 3 or 4 times so when I remember certain things it feels like it's someone else because it's in a place/with people I have no connection with whatsoever now.
