Someone in Craigslist had a Saturn with action replay and a few games for $70

It's a softmod and makes the cart a portable modchip. It's called Pseudo Saturn

one of the greatest systems ever, Dragon Force, Burning Rangers, Samurai Shodown RPG, Panzer Dragon RPG, Resident Evil 1, X-Men vs Street Fighter, KOF 96 and 97, Guardian Heros.

My cousin had one but only had a few games on it. From my time with it, it was ok.

got it when it came with the 3 free games whatever year of xmas that was.

came with virtua cop (maybe part 2), virtua fighter and daytona usa.

having the action replay cart was a must at the time. had Nights and Panzer.

also had resident evil (way way way after it drops on ps1, think part 2 mighta been out already.)

had alpha 2, and i wanna say xmen vs streetfighter.

and im sure it was just me at the time, but im remembering loving this shyt -

You missed out on Nights into Dreams, amazing arcade ports of fighting games, Virtua Fighter 2, Die Hard Arcade, Panzer Dragoon, Daytona USA, Guardian Heroes, Duke Nukem 3D, and the list goes on.

Panzer, NiGHTS, Shining Force, (never been a Virtua Fighter fan), it was a good system.

My homeboy had one we use to play that baseball game this was like 97 I can't remember what it was called but the game was dope

Montreal Expos were my squad on that game I remember when a pitcher hit a batter the announcer would be like "Oooohhh that had to sting like the dikkens"

shyt was i the store out of no where no hype...lost faith after sega cd...don't even think saturn was out long enough to even compete with the n64...

Dreamcast was my shyt...but even then I saw the writing on the wall and ended up buying a ps2 at launch and sadly saw the dreamcast die even though I wanted it to succeed so bad...but I went with the crowd and abandoned the dreamcast like everyone else



Sega was giving away the dreamcast at that point with an internet subscription
