Less than 2% of all workers make minimum wage
Just cause you make more than minimum wage doesn't mean you make enough :skip:

That's just how much you make per hour. If you don't get enough hours or ain't significantly above minimum wage, then you can pretty much be making the same amount of money per year :skip:

"How good the economy is right now"? See, this is why the Democrats lost badly. They keep pushing this 'everything is fine according to our numbers' bs, but in reality, when you and I go to the store and have to spend money, we don't get as much as we used to get because everything is more expensive. It's insulting. These dudes just refuse to learn their lesson.

Lost the house, the senate and the executive seats because the economy is going so well for the average person. I'm sure some dumbass will run in here thirsty as hell to tell me about GDP, deficits or whatever goofyism they can think of to make themselves feel smarter than they are tho:wow:

Y’all need to hang around better people if everyone that y’all hang around is struggling.

My circle is doing well. :yeshrug:

Dudes’ circles include people that buy shytty used Dodge Chargers with zero down, 15% interest and 120 month payment periods talking about “yeah, it’s hard out here…”. :martin:

The minimum wage is referenced because its the federal standard. Of course no one is making exactly $7.25, but there is states that are making a little more that is still struggling. I feel if you increase the standard, the state have no choice but to go up.

They are probably getting maybe dollar or a few cents more depending on profession, but grocery prices have increased in these areas.

Minimum is basically outdated and should be raised.
