I have Asthma, the only times it really bothers me is during hard physical activity or if my allergies are really bad, I use an inhaler everyday to prevent symptoms and then I have a rescue inhaler if I need it.
Bro your story is beyond amazing. After i got hurt i tried everything to rehab. I tried boxing walking and running, yoga, lifting weights, but none of it truly helped. then this year i started doing the chinese martial art Xingyiquan. It cured me. If you suffer still i highly recommend seeking out instruction in that, Baguazhang, or Taijiquan. Seriously game changing
You know I dont particularly ascribe to the more esoteric notions of Qi.... But I do think that there is something very sensible and wonderful about the taoist overview of how the mind, spirit, and body come together to make who we are. When I met my grandteacher Ping Zhen Cheng (a sun style lineage holder and a master of various methods of neigong and tibetan yoga), he told me that the true essence of neigong and martial arts training was not truly about cultivating Qi or preserving Jing, but about realizing and optimizing your Shen and learning your true nature. That that is the nature of post-heaven training, to make yourself more YOU. I don't quite get the more metaphysical aspects of this stuff yet experimentally, but the journey is great.
my mom was diagnosed with MS a while ago.
she had numbness on the left side of her body and the left side of her face was drooping down.
she found out years later that she did not have MS and the symptoms were most likely caused by stress....shyt was crazy.
