I only have like 4 DVDs left 3 of which are Chris Rock hobo stand up specials and the other is terminator 2 special edition DVD. I got rid of the rest over the past 2 yrs. I hadn't bought a DVD in like 8-9 yrs. I have never owned a blu ray player or blu ray disc. For a moment there I thought about buying a blu ray player when I get my new TV in the next few days but real talk I've decided against it. I'm done buying movies. I will however finally get Hulu and Netflix once I move next week. I just need to figure out how to get them on my TV rather than my laptop

What annoys me is when Studios release a BD that lacks some of the extras of the DVD version.

I like Blu-ray better, but I'm not above buying a DVD because it's cheaper or the only thing available. I bought Whiplash on DVD recently.

Buy them for my daughter all the time. Mostly older classics. I'll buy a Blu Ray once in a full moon.
Over 100 and still will buy. Blu Rays don't compel me to switch over.

Nope. I don't buy anything disc based anymore except for video games. I have my entire house networked to my pc which has a 4tb harddrive. I just download stuff to one folder and every tv in my house has access to it. The good life

Nope. And don't have a DVD player in the house. Gave away all my DVD's a few years ago, haven't looked back
