This is easy, breh: you have anxiety. You have a lot of anxiety, and I'm willing to bet it's social anxiety. I had the same problem when I was young; it's called thought-interference, I believe. It's actually one of my OCD symptoms (I was diagnosed with OCD in 2011).

Medicine could help, but so could therapy. I'm sorry to hear that you have that. You need to get control of your anxiety ASAP.

Yeah I suspected I had OCD back in the day, until the school physicist told me I had aspergers (I think I have both though) I'm very OCD when I put my Metrocard back in my wallet, it works as I never lost my Metrocard

I also have OCD because I always check locks two or three times and my room to make sure there's no fire hazard before I go out.

I signed up for disability so maybe that would come with it, I remember seeing a question relating to taking care of things like that on the papers you gotta fill out for it.

It only happens when I'm around people, its usually a voice saying "fukk so so people" if I'm a group of when white people is in front of me its "fukk white people" and if its black its "fukk black people" and "fukk spanish people", shyt is ruining my life.

Thing is, I'm not a racist, I hate people because they are people, not because of their race, I have no problem with race.

Another issue is this fukker in my mind wishing death on people, like some random stranger standing next to me on the subway, sometimes even family members

Also If I stand right next to my mother in the kitchen or something, this voice be going hard in the paint saying all kinds of foul things.

Its like my mind is ing me.

Dude, I am lurker and never comment but what your describing sounds like OCD, specifically Pure O (Pure OCD). It's the lesser known side of OCD. All I will say is get help before it gets worse.
