Yes although I don't llike spending money In general. I thought once I "got it" my mentality would change but it hasn't. I've I stopped being broke in 2014 but I still spend like my future paychecks are already spoken for.

And when I do make purchases, it feels like it was forced on me, like I had no choice.

Cuz you're spending a lot of money on something that you would be fine without...

Is it really confusing or do you just feel like arguing?
:dwillhuh:

why would you be fine without vacation? A lot of people work towards vacation and it’s viewed as a reward , experience and relaxation

what would you be doing instead of going if vacation

Hell no I don’t feel bad. If I want the shyt and I have the means I’m getting it. I never purchase something if I know that it’s gonna leave me in the hole.

Well I'm not on vacation now. And I haven't travelled in couple years. And I feel fine...

You're asking the wrong question. You gotta tell me why you're not fine if you don't go on vacation.

More so me than anything. I live in perpetual fear that I will lose everything one day and not have enough stashed away to get by on. Even though my savings and investments are quite substantial, it just never feels enough.

There is always "more" I could save or something "better" I could invest in.
Meh u simply haven’t saved enough if you’re feeling this way. U know U good if u can imagine not working for years and not having to worry about finances.

:what:

The point of money is to spend. If I spend my money on vacation and the rest of my affairs are in order why would I feel guilty?

When I'm buying tickets to Sports games I'm still looking for only the cheapest options and being :mindblown::huhldup: by the higher-priced closer seat prices knowing damn well I can afford them easily now.

Broke traits just stick with you :russ:

I'm considering buying a new car after getting a promotion and paying off my old one which works just fine but as I'm nearing my 30's I feel like I should get something "bigger" but the guilt is eating me up whenever I look for something online:snoop:

Everytime I Look at the installments, I tell myself that I would be better off investing that money in a small apartment or something. It just feels so irresponsible.

Anybody else get this feeling? "Big" can be relative too by the way. Doesn't have to be a car can be something like a pair of shoes, PlayStation or whatever.

I have been bullshytting on buying a bunch of stuff I need AND can afford for this exact reason. I got a sink hole in my couch and been meaning to replace it for months. every time I start looking I see those 4 figures price tags on sofa's I want and I get squeamish even though my credit cards are completely paid off and have more than enough in my checking account to buy whatever fukking sofa I want anytime I want.

I make 6 figures and pay under 1000 in rent. I live WAY beneath my means cuz I think back to 08 and that housing market crash and how fukkED up I was. I been in my spot over a decade for fear of that shyt happening again. I just stack bread and keep stacking.
