Lmao

There really must be a limit somewhere to how much the Dodgers can spend....right?

Baseball has no spending limits or salary cap you can spend 300 mil on payroll if u want

Just as it was just getting good
I don't want to overpay for Josh Hamilton who's one cocktail away from falling off the wagon and Felix isn't going anywhere, but with that much salary free you can take on other teams money and we're serious players in FA if we choose to do so

Not for long the way this is going.

What I mean is, even though MLB has no limit to how much they can spend, there has to be some bottom line somewhere to where they are no longer able to be profitable. They could be setting themselves up for disaster. If no one wants a guy like Adrian Gonzalez's contract now, who is going to want it in 4 years? I know they have that TV network coming up but even the Yankees eventually had to chill a little.

Can't believe Boston shedded all that money

I can understand wanting Agone even with that contract but Beckett and Crawford ? Did the Dodgers even negotiate after the Sox counter offer lol.
