I know people who don't wear deodorant and don't stink.
One of my friends (females) and a former work trainer (male) of mine are said people. They stopped wearing deodorant many years ago. There is an adjustment period tho but eventually your body odor tones down. They use limes in their armpits which gets rid of the odor. And if you are familiar with culinary arts you would know that especially in Caribbean cuisine, all meats are cleaned in lime juice which not only seasons the food but dispels odor. So the lime is a NATURAL alternative to prevent odor.

Now, i get that part but my concern is how do we prevent sweaty pits since i dont think the lime also has the antiperspirant properties that the deodorant has. But here's another concern. Is the deodorant/antiperspirant we use bad for us? Should we allow our armpits to naturally sweat as nature intended?

This is going to be a thread making fun of white people but people should read the article and dig deeper. So much of what we do in modern times and wholeheartedly believe in is because of marketing, capitalism, and making white people rich.

Outside of agriculture and writing, antiseptics/antibiotics are the most important discoveries in Human history. As a Dr, its irresponsible for him to discourage its uses. Push for more natural ingredients, fine but don't sit there and say we're better of without it. Historical vs Modern Human life expectancy and quality of life rates disagree.
