I wanted to get a deep fryer for things like home made beer battered shrimp and shyt they jus don't cook rite in an oven. Can I do this in an air fryer?

Check youtube for beer battered shrimp air fryer and see if they turn out how you like them. I can't judge cause im allergic to shrimp.

Got a Ninja Foodi for Christmas (basically a combo instant pot/air fryer). shyt is life changing. I made some wings, and looked at the pot after I fried them up at hit the :picard: at all the fat that had drained off. I'm pretty sure my arteries are already happy with my decision.

I just got a Foodi and made wings as my first dish. Wings came out delicious. At the end, I glazed them with some Asian Zing sauce and it was a wrap. Now I’m searching for more recipes to make now

Let it rest for 5 minutes, cut it up, tried s piece. :myman:.

Pleasantly surprised. Outside had a Lil bark, rest was juicy and succulent. I initially thought it was medium or well done but it was plenty pink.

I didn't flip or nothing but the pan at work allows air to circulate around it, it doesn't just sit on the bottom of the pan.

Will definitely do again

Hardboiled eggs are easy as fukk. 260 for 16 mins....perfect. No water, no preheating too simple.

Finally got fries from straight potatoes to the consistency I like. I don't like soft fries, I want them crisp in the outside and almost all the way through.

You gotta get a fry slicer, for 7.99 it's a shame to not have. Zucchini fries are piff too

Tried to fry some rice in it in. :flabbynsick: shrimp and vegetables came out looking like the shyt that be in cup of noodles before you dump it out.

A weeks ago, I took some advice I saw in here and air fried some salmon in my Foodi.

Sweet Jesus. :whoo::ohlawd:

I didn't have a recipe or anything to go off of, so I just guessed on cooking time. shyt came out PERFECT. Skin and top of the salmon was just the right amount of crispy, and it was tender and juicy on the inside like I like it.....my goodness.

And a hit it with some homemade pesto halfway through........holy shyt.

This might be the GOAT tool for wanting to cook something good/not as shytty for you and wanting to be lazy at the same time. Brehs out here sleeping on the greatness. :wow:

shyt. Lent finna be a breeze. Popped in 3 salmon fillets. Made my own basic taco seasoning (salt, pepper, chili powder, cumin, oregano, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, crushed red pepper) added a tablespoon or two of olive oil to the mix. Brushed the seasoning on the salmon fillets, 390, 15 minutes. Thanks to @Kamikaze Revy copped some 60 Cal tortillas.

Had some dope ass salmon tacos.
Had a good ass workout and had a guilt free fire ass dinner. :banderas:

Brehs, i got a chefman and ive been making some wings without ot but still breading then.

Issue is i was super hungry and battered them hoes and popped em in. Ate em and then tried to clean the tray a couple hours later.

Theres a film that will not come off. Im guesisng oils from the chicken and the batter mix. Scrubbing womt get it off, bleach nor soap so now im confused how to clean it
