Yea I gotta get serious about abs now. Mine are OK but they are too weak for BB shoulder press.....My abs hypertrophied big time during GVT that's only the first round too

Man if I could jump rope for 25 minutes I'd be challenging random street ninjas to fights. I do 25 on the receding bike then 6 rounds on the heavy bag then a mix of ab work.25 minutes of cardio? Or 25 minutes of Jumping rope? I know jumping rope is cardio,but when you say Cardio,most people think of Bike or treadmill

Breh when I was 18-21 I used to be able to jump rope for 30 minutes with ankle weights on. It's fukkin 89 degrees 85% humidity in Chicago today maybe i'll try jumping rope when I get home. But I train to be able to protect myself, my girl and my crew. It just so happens you get fly looking training for thatI feel you bro,I said Im about to start back jumping rope myself
What about bench press?I squat or deadlift every gym session. Its the first excercise I do. The burn and sweat after doing heavy squats or deads have me pumped for the rest of my workout. dips chinups shoulder presses, and seated rows. Not cut at all but look better than I did when i was boxing and training 5 days a week
