tossing isolation exercises in the bushes I think plays a part into it. In the gym im at now it's mostly wrestlers, mma fighters, soccer players and a couple of boxers, out of everyone there are probably 2 or 3 people with big legs and I think they're just genetically that way. That was probably one of the first things I noticed when I got off of PHAT and switched over to S & C. Also my shoulders are rounder but I think that's from boxing more frequently now.
