tossing isolation exercises in the bushes I think plays a part into it. In the gym im at now it's mostly wrestlers, mma fighters, soccer players and a couple of boxers, out of everyone there are probably 2 or 3 people with big legs and I think they're just genetically that way. That was probably one of the first things I noticed when I got off of PHAT and switched over to S & C. Also my shoulders are rounder but I think that's from boxing more frequently now.

So you do full body workouts instead of something like this:

Monday-Chest
Tuesday-Arms
Wed-Shoulders
Thursday-Back
Friday-Legs

?
That once a week stuff is dead. Body parts recover in 48-72 hours.... u not hittin everything twice a week at the minimum u leavin gains on the table

My only problem with full body honestly is that you are proably gonna end up doing too much. You just gotta be smart about it.

But if I was forced to lift only 3 days a week instead of 4 I would easily choose full body over Push pull legs cause of what @GinaThatAintNoDamnPuppy! said its really redundant to wait a full week to hit that body part again. Unless of course recovery is an issue.

Monday-Chest&Shoulders
Tuesday-Legs&Back
Wed-Arms
Thursday-Chest&Shoulders
Friday-Legs,Back,Tri's

What yo split look like now? I am currently on one body part per week,but it sucks honestly

I am on a 3 day upper 1 to 2 day lower split

When I start my bulk I'm gonna do a 3 day full body split but still only got everything twice a week
