Yes. I enjoyed the prequels, with a few common problems...
-Ja Ja character,
-unnecessary over use and showing off with CGI ability
-adding in scenes to the OG films, just cause he felt like it...Younger Anakin ghost on the Ewok planet?
-young Anakin race story line,
-too advanced technology for a prequel

But those problems never made me even consider abandoning the entire franchise like when Disney took over. The last thing I will ever watch will be Solo, until ownership changes and they reboot this franchise

I Never hated the prequels growing up I dunno I guess I was Born in the right time To be a Star Wars fan. I had all my older brothers toys and had the THX remaster of the OT trilogy on tape. Then the Phantom Menace came out shortly after I watched them.

He should be apologizing for the terrible prequels and for the atrocious changes and constant tinkering of the original trilogy.

This, plus he sold his own creation because and hired the person who people blame for ruining the trilogy. Irony

Watching
It's funny, because I remember between 06 and 08 the hate for Lucas starting to die down...then RLM released that Phantom Menace review and the fire was reignited and didn't really start dying down until a a year or two ago. I also find it ironic that RLM suggested that J.J. Abrams should direct a Star Wars movie before the Disney buyout...and here we are.

Just yesterday in their review Mike was saying not to blame him for JJ.

They’re only good now because we got these last 3. Revenge of the Sith is still the only one really worth watching, other than that it’s Jar Jar and “I hate sand”

Nah, I like the prequels more than the OT honestly, give a fukk how many people throw a fit about it. And Jar Jar is a sith lord, people soured on the character before he could do what Lucas wanted him to do, we most certainly owe him and the man who played him an apology for that.

People that ran George off by being reprehensible shytheads should apologize for being reprehensible shytheads but the prequels are still bad movies.

Naw we not doing this. Yes the prequels had continuity and vision but they were still garbage. Even this movement to make episode 3 good is not happening. 1 and 2 are hands down still the worst of the series. Rise is tied with Sith for third place depending on future viewing of 9
