Malls still big in Atlanta
People live in certain areas and think everything is dying because they’re mall(s) are dying. No YOUR mall(s) are dying, kids still pack our malls here on the weekends and I’m in the Charlotte area. I bet Lenox is still going strong after people were trying to say it’s going to fall off or close when all that stuff was going on there a couple years ago.

North park and town east for sure

The parks last time I was there but that was years ago
Malls like NorthPark Center in Dallas, the Galleria in Houston, Tyson's in the DC area, King of Prussia in the Philly area won't go away. They will have the luxury tenants anchoring them and they have a large clientele. Those other malls where their best department store is Dillards or JC Penney's either are on borrowed time or have just failed altogether. They could probably turn them into lifestyle centers. I personally hate malls anyway and prefer street front shopping or the internet over them.

Also it's wild how Neiman Marcus has scared Saks and Bloomingdales away from DFW. Wild that a metro of 8 million people doesn't have a Saks. Yet Houston has both Saks and Neiman Marcus.
