Do you think the shopping mall could ever make a comeback?
It seems to me that the only real downside to shopping at a physical store is the long line to pay for your item.
The downside to online shopping is that you have to wait for shipping. And possibly not knowing if you ordered the right size (when buying clothes)
But if they can make the retail experience similar to how Amazon makes their grocery stores…where you can avoid lines and pay thru a store account (or Apple Pay or something similar) I think more people would prefer to buy things in person.
Or do you think malls are dead and never coming back?
I mean from an environmental perspective all this online shopping can’t be good…with all the planes and trucks needed to deliver things polluting and all that.
