Do you think Hov doesn't want to drop another album because he's afraid his sales will brick?

Man honestly for the two of them and billionaire status that house seems fairly modest to what I was expecting it might be
I know what you mean. I saw a vid of former oil magnate's John Paul Getty's UK castle and was like woah.
Ditto Mr. & Mrs. George Clooney castle/s in the UK and Italy.

The Malibu house is designed by Taodo Ando who is a legendary Japanese architect, who custom designs homes around the world.
Will only work with certain people, even within that elite world.

That house is next level, next level.

First part is an easy fix if nobody gets the phrase "or so". Lets just say 12 years.

I don't have an issue with what you said about Beyonce, but again I said thats how it was promoted, not that it was an accurate representation.

And the last part may be subjective, but I think MCHG's hits just had good promotion. They didn't stick, no DJ is throwing that on unless its an all Jay-Z set for variety. I don't think Timbaland has helmed any big albums since the 00s. Trying to make another big budget Jay album with trendy (and some :flabbynsick:) features again seems like an obvious mistake to me.

I just don't see anybody over 50 having a big hit. The cutoff might even be 45. That goes for all genres. Anyway, my whole point was that hes adaptable and smart, he'll find a way for the next album to be successful in some way. I think really only Kingdom Come and MCHG failed, and he was able to learn from them.

11-12 years ago was really the last time Jay and Kanye were collaborating like that. This was Watch The Throne, which doesn't work without Jay, so I don't see how this was him staying relevant by association.

"FWitMeUKnowIGotIt" stuck as did "Part II".

Jay Z could easily make another big budget album that would work in 2023.
