Not really. A fatherless person is one whose father is deceased. A deceased father may have been in their kid's lives, but death took them away. That is not a rejection of your own blood.

In another scenario a woman may have been raped and it produced a kid. Who in their right mind would think that the father should in that kid's life?

The scenarios that you are all describing is actual rejection of a person's blood relative. That kid is not fatherless. The father or the mother if she is interfering in paternal relations are just fukking a$$holes.
