Do you take any black man serious who doesn't watch the NBA?

The first chance to change their life should be in the classroom, but let's focus on hoop dreams instead of sub standard classrooms littered with kids who aren't expected to learn and teachers who aren't expected to teach.

sorry,..but if you haven't noticed.

if your mom's is a crack addict or an eic pro who don't give one cot damn, or a flying fukk!

you are not gonna get much studying or scholastics done.

going and being successful in school generally works for kids from stable environments.

stop self equating from your own life and objectively look At the real life circumstances.

this country created purposefully to fuel the public stock traded prison system.

I can't help but notice. During a school year, I spend more time with inner city youths than I do the majority on campus. But what happens when they don't make it pro? Which 99% won't, by the way. They resort to dealing, stealing, and other illegal activities and in return do nothing but help fuel the 'public stock traded prison' you speak of.

The 'real life' situation is that the poor black community would rather know how many points their son scored in the rec league game rather than how many he scored on a math test, instead of focusing on why in the hell the teacher doesn't give a damn to teach, and why the child doesn't give a damn to learn. I see kids on the regular who come from damaged homes in an environment that's rigged for failure, and it's sad, and you're 100% correct; they're already at an extreme disadvantage, but how exactly are we helping with your kind of defeatist attitude? That doesn't, and perhaps if the guys who were able to claw themselves out of the rut extend a hand and show that praying to hit the genetic lotto and become Lebron or Waka Flocka isn't the only way to 'change their life' they'd actually be motivated to try another avenue other than perfecting a jump shot.

I don't know what you do or if you do anything to help the kids in the under privileged communities, and I won't pretend to, but don't pretend to know my life and how I came up, because regardless of where or how I raised, I'm there and I'm firm in my belief that the reason they're not focused and achieving anything academically isn't because they're just bad ass children who don't care to learn or because they had a dead beat as a dad and a crack head as a mother, but because the adult community as a whole that could help out sit on their hands, and the individuals in the class who are supposed to be teaching have already given up on them.

A black man that's never touched a ball in his life is suspect, though.

you spend time with them during the day.

yet you may only be dealing with kids.

who generally, have parents who care enough to put them in a program.

that is what you are missing.

this is a prison colony and purposefully.

it is made to funnell and create children out of wedlock.

which creates poverty, purposefully.

plus education is attached to the property values of the schooling.

in those purposefully poverty stricken areas.

to promote profit in the publically traded prison companies via stock.

i think you are missing that,...

i am glad you help, but this country deals with applied knowledge.

that knows how to already funnel children into the system.

to profit off of them, even with your presence, and guidance.

from half a century long discovery zone and applied knowledge instituted and executed perfectly and purposefully.

in general,...it is a war going outside, no black person is safe from.
you need to realize that....

i do not think you really fully have processed or acknowledged that.

it is not anyone's fault but our government's purposeful plan, they have instituted.

for the reason why things are the way they are.

Houston to LA like I'm Robert Horry.
College basketball>NBA

Players obviously aren't as good, but I love the atmosphere the intensity and the fact that every night you know those kids going out giving 100%. And that's before March Madness :wow:

I fukk with the NBA too, but I can't watch an entire regular season game without falling asleep unless it's a primetime match up. Usually just wait to the playoffs for the nba. College basketball for me is always exciting. NBA a lot of times is hit or miss.
