I use to eat it at night for insomnia. An old coworker told me to do that after coming to work half sleep everyday because I was only getting 4 hours of sleep.I make steel cut oatmeal every morning
i use unsweetened almond Milk
Add cinnamon
Add honey
Add a bit if granola for crunch
i used to add fruit but i cut that out cause of the sugar and I’m trying to lose my gut -so far so good
Edit i love the fact that it’s filling and I’m not craving food for a while i can cruise into dinner with maybe a snack inbetween ...and of course regular exercise I’ve been shaving this weight

Butter in rice yes....I dont think I ever heard of putting sugar in rice though....
