I loooove oatmeal! Anything with milk and oats or rice pudding (arroz con leche with cinnamon ) or semolina pudding!
Only a tiny amount of sugar, I leave it out if I put fruit in it. And don't let water anywhere near my oats, that should honestly be illegal!

Butter in rice yes....I dont think I ever heard of putting sugar in rice though....

Some natural home made almond milk and a banana in there to melt in the oats. I add a little more fruits after my oats is cooked.
