The average black man is not the rapper Snoop Dogg. Most black men I know respect women. Every black man in my fam is married. Depending where you live, you may see black men disrespecting women, beating them up and calling them hoes and bytches. Where I live, I rarely see that. Sometimes I think these dudes do a little too much. Women can eat out here if they know how to use their feminine charm on nikkas. My closest friends can't wait to be "family men". I'm the lone ranger out here on that bachelor for life shyt :francis:

It comes from Black men having no real power. Men like to feel in control. The Black man has been broken down and defeated so much that the only person he turns to let off some anger is the only person who is beneath even him...the Black woman.

Truthfully..we're used to it. My grandma didn't put my grand daddy out for having a baby with her childhood friend when they were 23 because (and I quote) "The world was hard enough for a Black man at that time..I didn't want to make it worse".

That didn't stop him from leaving her with 3 kids a couple years later when he got a settlement from the city of San Francisco and left with a White woman.

:russ:

Anyways, if a man feels the need to disrespect women for no reason at all other than them being women.. I just assume he's wild mango and trynna hide it or don't get no p*ssy..I'm usually right.

Don't bother me or my friends none :yeshrug:

Since when did men cheating on a good woman become specific to black men?
The very fact you disrespect your grandfather us crazy to

i feel like too many people make too many excuses about why they don't need to respect someone or how they don't deserve it. you figure that'd be the one thing everyone would be about getting/giving. truth of the matter is, i've done some things i don't deserve respect for, sexually and in other areas in my life. i don't get shame for it though. and it's mostly because of male privilege.

men don't respect women enough

don't make it a black thing when cacs are harder on their women
Men, in general, don't really respect women enough but it looks worse for black folks because everyone else is already against us so division between us is magnified.

This is the exact shyt I be talking about, the OP made a thread about a specific group and people still manage to bring up groups other than the group specified, if your search engine worked like that, it'd be useless.

*Google search for "Black owned businesses"*

*results: Walmart, Best Buy, Target*
