Do you enjoy your job or career?

Especially if you went to college or got post high school education to prepare you for your chosen field. Do you enjoy the field that you chose? If you could go back, would you do something different?

I work as an IT consultant...my role on projects varies between Project Management, Business Analyst and Prod Support.......quite frankly I hate this shyt. I make pretty good money, but i'm not getting much satisfaction from this job.

I think I should have became a writer. I think I would have been happy writing either about politics, history and society or hip-hop culture. When I think about it, I spend alot of time on this very site discussing these issues.

I started going to school for something totally different than what I have chosen for my career. I regret that and I am back in school because of it. I love what I do though. The thought of having my own business if great, can be stressful but great.

Love it..... somedays I do nothing but other days I work like a slave no breaks.

Especially when there are network problems. I work at a huge IT firm, you can imagine the stress.
I think this has contributed to some of my hairloss because no one on my father and mother's side has hairloss problem.

Clinical System Analyst. Some days I loved and some days I am like man I want a career change. Can't complain. I have the sweetest job though and is very laid back.

Damn breh I feel the exact same way that I should've pursued something in that direction. I write some fiction tho

To answer the question, not satisfied at all. I don't even really have a "career" to speak of. Studied Economics and EU Affairs but even though I have strong intellectual interest for both fields, I never felt I could work in them, if that makes sense.

Not sure how things will play out.

Studied to be a social worker and currently working directly in the field , I enjoy my job. Pay is OK, benefits are great, work environment is great

I'm a project manager in the healthcare field...enjoy what I do (some projects cause more stress than others, but overall it is all good). Pay has ranged from bad to excellent, benefits have been above average and the work environment is great.

If I could go back however, I would have been an anesthesiologist or CNRA.

from my angle, PM seems like a great good job- that is what you make of it..... maybe u should chose a dif industry.

I've either liked or loved every job that i've had...

military - combat, police, recruiter, HR ---like all those. traveling n shyt.

McDonalds.... as a kid before i knew it was poison to our communities. I love it, but I was prolly the only one that loved it.

burgerking and little ceasers - loved these. Honestly if they weren't evil and they paid 100k I would go back to
drug dealer (mostly pills, but some coke, no crack, kush, etc) - i was a kid, so loved it, was better than available options.
(data developer, business intelligence) - like... still work in that area independently.

cleaning windows - loved. out doors, free... I don't like offices. did part time while in military so i was eating good.





Things are what u make of them most of the time... You can make anything fun, imo.

I don't even have a job now, and yeah I love that as well.
