I don't get up to a gallon everyday but I probably get ~100~ oz in on workdays and 40-64 on off days

Edit: I did water/seltzer only all October though and lost 10 pounds (combined with walking 50+ miles a week)

i have a gallon water bottle, i make sure to finish it before the day ends.
i need to start drinking earlier though

I generally start my day with a big glass (or bottle) of water every morning. I don't even feel like myself until I'm hydrated in the AM in the way coffee drinkers don't feel right until their first cup.

I'm also a big fan of keeping an Igloo half gallon jug full of water on my nightstand just to sip throughout the night.

By my calculations I drink about a gallon of water a day and about 1.5 in the summer.

Its my most consumed beverage. 99% of the time I drink a cup of iced water at dinner and refill it as I'm eating. Occasionally have a soda like a sprite since I had a small six pack at the house recently, like today I had fast food for dinner so I grabbed one of those but rarely ever, mostly just water. For breakfast I do have one cup of coffee but usually wash it down with some water after. Then if I'm working out at home I'll have a water bottle and if i'm out driving i'll fill up a tumbler type thing with ice and water or pick one up at a cvs or walgreens thru out my day or night. I might say i get at least a liter a day, maybe 1 and a half to 2 but not no entire case of water like some of y'all are getting.

If you're drinking tap water it's not high quality. All them chemicals . I got my own RO unit though

Thread motivated me. Past 2 days I drank around 60 to 80 oz.

I used to drink diet soda like 4 times a day, and I drank water like once a week.

I need to get a Tumblr with ice or something because this warm Dasani trash tho.
