More in Italy than in US, like 25 years. He barely speaks English he’s definitely classed as Italian.

To answer the OP: Yes they are white but some of Southern Italians/Sicilians don't look quite "white". Some look middle eastern and some look kinda "blackish". There are Italians with straight up "nappy hair" something I've seen on jews but not alot on Italians that leaves me

Italians held high ranking political positions in America in the mid-1800’s.
This myth that they became white is bullshyt.
It's not a myth for as the USA goes. Northern Italians were considered "white" while South Italy/Sicily was considered "off white" to "kinda blackish"
