If I didn't know Rashida was Quincy Jones daughter I would've thought she was white. She never acknowledges her black side outside of Quincy being her dad and is cast as being a white woman in everything. Kidada I would have never thought had a white mother, because she acts like a black woman.

Honestly this is really only a problem in the Americas go to Europe, Asia, Africa most people can and will be able to tell you apart don’t ask me how I know too. I went to Taiwan with my homies And the bartender at one of the bars was able to accurately tell i was Nigerian and my other friend was AA. It’s weird I think phenotypes are a lot stronger then you let on when you’ve lived in a very homogenized country before

Break it down for me breh how is this contradictory?

You say his son is 75% white (so at most 25% black) and that to be black you have to be at least 50% black. Yet you call his son black.

He is part black but mostly white therefore he's white
But it's hard to call someone who is 25% black white because you know they not gonna be treated like they are fully white by society

I consider Drake black but not his son. "One drop" doesn't literally mean "one drop", it never has. And the criteria for what is considered black under the one drop rule has changed since it's original conception (55% of black Americans consider Obama to be black, but in 1920 I'm sure that number would be higher). It's an arbitrary measurement based on a number of personal and societal factors.
