yessir....calisthenics is the way...ive always incorporated elements of it into my workouts over the past 6 years...but thanks to my personal trainer who ive been working with for the rehab of my neck she gave me a nice calisthenics program that i start doing this week while im doing my reg cardio and boxing..time to destroy and rebuild
