yessir....calisthenics is the way...ive always incorporated elements of it into my workouts over the past 6 years...but thanks to my personal trainer who ive been working with for the rehab of my neck she gave me a nice calisthenics program that i start doing this week while im doing my reg cardio and boxing..time to destroy and rebuild

Can you talk more about this? Whats the best way to incorporate this in regular workouts?

E.g. I workout 3 times per week, so do this shyt on rest days? What exercises, how many reps? Will I feel like shyt as my workouts are pretty heavy and I like to rest on rest days :why: I am benching 260 5x5 now.

doing some quick intense calis every morning always wakes me up and gets me ready for the day. What I like to do is put 2 minutes on the stopwatch for each exercise and do as many as possible in that amount of time. The time limit keeps me focused and prevents ass dragging. :myman:

Keep your hands in this position during the bridge. You will get strong enough to go without hands (no homo) in due time
