Mike Tyson's Daily Workout Regime

Daily Regimen (7 days a week):

5am: get up and go for a 3 mile jog
6am: come back home shower and go back to bed (great workout for those huge legs of his)
10am wake up: eat oatmeal
12pm: do ring work (10 rounds of sparring)
2pm: have another meal (steak and pasta with fruit juice drink)
3pm: more ring work and 60 mins on the exercise bike (again working those huge legs for endurance)
5pm: 2000 sit-ups; 500-800 dips; 500 press-ups; 500 shrugs with a 30kg barbell and 10 mins of neck exercises
7pm: steak and pasta meal again with fruit juice (orange i think it was)
8pm: another 30 minutes on the exercise bike then watch TV and then go to bed.

I've been doing burpees every other weekday, add 2 each time and trying to make it to 50. Slow and steady... I have to do 32 on Friday. Kinda shook :to:

Mike Tyson's height def overstated geez. Evander is 6'2" and this is more than a 2.5 inch height difference.

My weight lifting numbers went through the roof when i added burppes into my regiment on off lifting days.

I don't see the correlation. Burpees done intensely increases explosiveness in fast twitch muscles maybe?

I'm gonna add this too my regimen and report back in about a month

It helps your body overall and your mental toughness. If you can do 100 BURPEES or 10setas of 10 trust me you will have strength gains

What are some good beginner bridge exercises...put me on.
do them just like Mike except have your hands by your head like so

and go at a speed that's comfortable. eventually you'll be able to do it without hands if you want.

Imma try it. It looks terrifying...:usure:

Imma dial 9-1-1 and keep the phone by my head in case anything goes wrong I can use my tongue to click "send" :sadbron:
