It's not only sexual. They look pretty well off and there are adult adoption scams where seople get themselves adopted by wealthy people and get some of all of the inheritance. Adopting a 18 yr old isn't normal so a lot of questions will be asked.

Looked it up myself which is part of the reason I made this thread. It's very unusual. Each state has their own rules for adult adoption but it is a thing. Some states go up to 21 years old that someone can still be adopted
